SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days to ensure proper quality control and packaging.
Please note:
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Same-day shipping is not available.
Orders placed late in the day may be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping confirmation email to arrive.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions, seasonal shipping volumes, customs clearance, or address verification issues.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of OCEVA™’s direct control. However, we are always here to assist if any issues arise.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking information may take 1–4 business days to appear. In rare situations, tracking updates may temporarily pause while the package is still in transit.
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the shipping address.
If there is an issue with tracking updates, please allow additional time or contact the carrier directly. If the issue continues, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Delivery Responsibility
Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery depending on the courier and location.
If the delivery courier determines it is unsafe to leave the package unattended, they may attempt a re-delivery or hold the package at a local post office or facility for pickup.
We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, OCEVA™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier service disruptions, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak holiday shipping periods.
OCEVA™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but our team will always do our best to assist you if an issue occurs.
International Taxes & Duties
For international orders outside of the United States, customers may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are paid directly to the local carrier or government. They are not collected by OCEVA™.
Customs policies vary between countries, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, however once the order has entered the shipping process we cannot guarantee address changes.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reship the package to the correct address with additional shipping charges, or issue a refund excluding the original shipping cost.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified product defect.
