REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee starting from the date your order is successfully delivered.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days, provided the product meets the eligibility requirements outlined below.

2. Easy Returns
We strive to make the return process simple and hassle-free.
If the product is not right for you, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition, all original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included, and the item is clean and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
3. Return Authorization Process
All return requests must be approved before the item is sent back.
To initiate a return, please email support@oceva.co, provide your order number, and include clear photos showing the current condition of the product.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions along with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
4. Non-Eligible Returns
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
Products used beyond normal inspection, items damaged due to misuse or modification, missing original packaging or accessories, requests submitted after 60 days of delivery, products returned in unsanitary or non-resalable condition, and shipping delays caused by carriers.
OCEVA™ reserves the right to deny return requests that do not meet our policy requirements.
5. 2-Year Product Warranty
All OCEVA™ products are covered by a 2-Year Warranty (24 months) against manufacturing defects.
If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 24 months of delivery, please contact us and provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost:
Replacement product
Repair (when applicable)
Full refund
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Refund or Warranty Requests After 60 Days
If more than 60 days have passed since delivery and you request a refund due to a broken or faulty product, you may be asked to provide additional verification.
Please be prepared to provide evidence showing how the product was damaged when you received it, along with an explanation of why the issue was not reported within the first 60 days.
In some cases, we may request clear photos or video evidence showing that the product is damaged or not functioning properly.
This information allows our team to properly evaluate the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution.
OCEVA™ reserves the right to review refund or warranty claims submitted after 60 days on a case-by-case basis.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as OCEVA™ is not responsible for lost return shipments.
If OCEVA™ provides a return shipping label, the cost may be deducted from the final refund amount.
8. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.
If the order has already been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
10. Refused Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery or returned to sender, original shipping costs are non-refundable and a handling or restocking fee may apply.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If you wish to have the package reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
11. Fair Use Policy
To ensure fairness for all customers, OCEVA™ reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of excessive return activity, fraudulent claims, or abuse of the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
These measures help maintain fair service and reasonable pricing for all customers.
